- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had been banking with Bank of America since 2005, but had to close my 3 accounts today after the less-than-professional experience with manager Carmen Nario and her staff. I've visited about a dozen branches over the past decade, and this one seems to be the worst run. The staff was completely disinterested in helping me. Maybe on just caught them on a bad, or maybe that is just the culture she has instilled there. Either way, I don't see myself doing business with the company again.By Jay Karimi, June 23, 2017
