  Called up the Traffic Court automated system. I couldn't proceed because my ticket was for the Santa Monica Courthouse by the LA Sheriff's Department for which no option exists. I finally had to take off and go there in person to figure out what was up with my case. There is no listed number to call and speak to a real person about this. I went to call information a few days later on Friday at 2PM, not a holiday. Their automated system answered and told me to call during phone hours 1:30-3:30PM Mon. - Fri. which I was well within. This is what happens when people sit on government jobs with no personal responsibility towards running a good business, just collecting a check and saying "it's not my problem". This place is terrible.
