  If I could give it zero stars I would. I shipped a package to a Santa Monica address with contents worth around $500 and the package has sat at the post office for over a week. When I finally got a supervisor number from the main USPS phone number, they just constantly ignore it. They will not deliver it, will not return it and USPS as a whole has done nothing to alleviate the issue. I've started two cases, an insurance claim and a BBB case and still nothing has been done. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

  There is ALWAYS a lot of people, a long line, and it's usually short on staff, many customers take it out on the workers but it isn't their fault, many people should realize that they're just doing their job and if you have a problem you need to take that up with the manager. The staff/ people here aren't the kindest but it's mostly because they're always getting complaints and I'm sure they're tired of it. Honestly gave this place 3 stars because I've seen worse, in different areas, sure it isn't the best, and surely it can improve but overall it is ok.

  They say the lobby opens at 8:45 am and it is never open. People wait outside with no answer. Terrible business practice.
