- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had my mailbox with them before for years and theyre horrible. The owner is very unhelpful if you have a problem. I paid cash for my mailbox one year there n they said I never paid and of course Murphys law I lost my receipt to proof it. Then I paid with my credit card and actually overpaid and guess what they said I didn't!! Liers that time I'm like I have proof! I had to call the corporate for them to return the money I over paid and they owner treated me horrible at the time ( note caused me so much stress I was 8 months pregnant then!!) And no respect at all! I've had my mail box with the Wilshire location in santa monica for the last 2 years and theyre super nice n helpful there . Honest people there. If you need a mailbox go to the 2708 Wilshire location they're the best in town for sure! *** reason why I'm writing such a late review is because I was just writing a nice review to the other location n made me think what a horrible experience I had with this location!!!By Leticia Moraes, August 31, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They won't give you receipts or any proof of drop off... They won't print anything out for you, not even your tracking number. Doesn't make much sense - if you're sending something ups, it's probably because it's important and you need proof that you actually dropped it off, tracking info etc. Should be standard - no other ups or FedEx stores do that, not even USPS. AND not to mention the overall rude attitude of the employees. This place basically sucks.By Ray A, March 05, 2017

- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★This place is awesome ! Great service, easy location ! I had some packages stolen from my apartment complex so I got a mailbox here to make things more secure. They send an email when you receive a package and then hold it until you can pick them up. Octavio is really cool and always helpful !!By Rcahill85, January 14, 2017
